Travel grants

Travel grants will be for some of our international students.

The amount will depend on the country you are travelling from to assist the on-site sessions.

Payment must be made by bank transfer.

If an institution or company is covering your tuition, completely or partially, we must send you an invoice before you make the payment: send us the  details needed for the invoice: The amount to be paid by the company/institution and their registered full name, tax code (NIF) and postal address.

Once we have sent the invoice the payment can be made.

Additional costs

There will be some additional costs that you should consider:

1. The process to issue your certificate by the University costs 191.33€ (during 2017, it might change on 2018). If you also want an academic transcript it costs 27.27€.

During on-site weeks you will have travelling and accomodation expenses:

2. you will have to contract a medical insurance (obligatory for any travelling, is not expensive).

3. your accomodation (you can find cheap options in the on-site information). One of the best options is to rent a shared appartment with your classmates as it will cost around 130€/week/person.

4. travel expenses, including travels from the Hospital/Academy to where you stay (which is easly affordable if you buy a combined ticket).
